Delivery & returns
We deliver nationwide from our Accra base — same day in the capital and 1–2 days to most of Ghana. Every order is packed sealed, insured in transit and confirmed by SMS or email before it leaves us.
Delivery zones and timelines

| Kumasi & Takoradi | 1 working day | Courier delivery to your address or a pickup point in the city centre. |
| Other regional capitals | 1–2 working days | Tamale, Cape Coast, Ho, Sunyani, Koforidua, Bolgatanga, Wa and Techiman. |
| Remote districts | 2–3 working days | Delivered to the nearest courier station where doorstep access is limited. |
Delivery fees are calculated from your region at checkout before payment, so you always see the final total first. Pickup from our Accra showroom is always free.
Returns
- 1Tell us within 7 days of delivery using your order number.
- 2Keep the box, accessories and seals — unopened items get the fastest turnaround.
- 3We arrange a pickup in Accra or a return courier elsewhere in Ghana.
- 4Once inspected, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.
